Head of Digital Marketing
Job Title/Description
We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Head to take the lead in developing successful and long-term measurable digital marketing strategies to re-define the way India travels. With over 135,000 properties, GuestHouser is the market leader in the revolution, that is the home-sharing industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Build detailed road-maps for each channel outlining initiatives, milestones, enablers and dependencies to scale them and also bring about efficiency improvements
  • Hire and grow teams that are best equipped to handle the channels, given the dynamic and fast-growth nature of the business
  • Work closely with engineering teams as well as WW team to leverage technology to build sustainable competitive advantage over other competitors
  • Be a domain expert with solid online acquisition experience (5+ years relevant experience)
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in online acquisition (search, programmatic, content) tactics and best practices, include leveraging customer insights to drive web sales channel growth – experience building in-house tools a plus
  • In depth experience with Google and Facebook advertising products
  • Experience in real-time performance optimization of results and managing significant advertising budget • Data Driven, Innovative and Efficient
  • Proven experience in quantitative & qualitative analysis to justify proposed actions & contingencies, including experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Experience computing CAC, LTV and marketing ROI metrics
  • Ability to prioritize activities effectively; focus on critical few, communicate and align conflicting priorities & propose solutions
Skills
  • Experience in a managerial role (2+ years people management experience). Ability to manage a team of campaign managers. Coach and grow this team to meet their team objectives as well as personal development goals
  • Technical degree (CS, EE, ...) + MBA from premier institute preferred
  • Proven experience defining and executing long term web and mobile marketing (acquisition/engagement) programs
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • The desired skills are persuasion, prospecting, public speaking, writing, closing skills, motivation for sales, identification of customer needs and challenges
