Human Resources Manager

GuestHouser is hiring for the position of a Human Resource Manager, which is both a strategic and a hands-on role aimed at providing full-cycle human resource support across multiple teams. This person will be responsible for executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company

Experience with a complex and rapidly changing work environment
Experience of coaching and mentoring at management level

Basic qualifications/skills
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in an HR business partner capacity with progressive responsibility
Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels in the organization
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues
Experience in conducting complex investigations
Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions
Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives
Project/program management skills
Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and listening skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a business and HR team
In-depth knowledge of Indian employment laws
Preferred qualifications/skills
Master's degree or MBA
Experience in corporate and operations environments
Experience with highly ambiguous and/or start-up environments
Organization development experience
Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience, a sense of humour, and a desire to help at all times to effectively function as the front-line contact for all employee issues
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
