A Well Furnished 3 bedroom Apartment

Though it was a prepaid booking yet when we reached in the evening we were told that the family which was already staying had extended the stay by a day to an alleged medical reason so we were asked to move to an alternate arrangement which the owners would make for a day. Out of the 6 girls 2 of us had reached early so we had to go hunting with the organizer in order to find an alternate accommodation. The initial 2 properties that they showed were not up to the mark with wall seepage and lesser room count or other issues and when I expressed the same to the organizer we were told that if we would want the refund then they will give but since it's an extended weekend we only would have a problem to find other arrangement. This was very insensitive and unprofessional. Since we didn't have any option, out of the 3 properties showed we settled for an alternate booking at a hotel and provided with complimentary breakfast for next day. By the time it was 9-1o pm the entrance of the hotel got flooded with water due to bangalore rainfall. None of the hotel staff helped us in locating our friends who were stranded on the by lanes of the locality as due to flooding the cabs were not coming in the area. It was horrible. Also, we were asked to inform if we wanted to stay at the hotel or move to the prebooked accommodation for the next day in half hour! This is when I lost my cool as we had walked the lanes of Bangalore looking at 3 different properties for almost 2 hours and faced all these issues and then on top of it were being given a window to decide and communicate about the options. We later at night informed the organizer that we would wish to shift to our accommodation the next day. Even though we reached the flat we had booked at 1 pm still the cleaning and house keeping was getting the flat ready and there were bottles of beer being cleaned out of the house. We were shocked to see that we were had to go through all this hassle because the previous inhabitants were apparently having a medical issue while the reality was that they were having a party in the house! This was appalling. The house was clean, well maintained and nice but the attitude and professionalism of the organizers was a big disappointment.
