You will have a full equipped kitchen for cooking. The apartments can sleep up to 3 people. You’ll have queen size bed as well as a sleeper sofa available. Regional transportation of all forms is just outside your door. It is only 2 blocks from the A-express train- Nostrand Ave stop, with only 12 minutes to Manhattan. Coming from the airport, no problem! Take the A- train to the JFK Air train. The Long Island railroad is a few blocks away. Street parking is readily available for your convenience. Safe neighborhood. Great, great location!

House Rules

We do not charge cleaning fee, we do ask that you keep the apartment in a state of reasonable cleanliness (removing garbage, mopping up of spills, no dishes or cups in the sink, etc.). We do not currently charge security deposit, but if you smoke in the apartment at anytime during your stay, you will be require to pay $250 fee to cover the cleaning of the furniture and the comforter. This is a ZERO SMOKING and pet free apartment.
