However, Balcony or terrace can be used for smoking. If a guest smokes inside the bedroom, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of 1000 INR from the guest. - Linen and towels will be replaced in every three days. Linen or any other items from the apartment shall not be carried out of the premises. - Don't invite friends to use the pool,gym and shower. It is only for the use of members or Residents of the Complex. - Wear Pool Costume when using the pool, and strictly observe all Rules displayed near the Pool. - Ensure that all water taps, electrical appliances supply is turned off after use. - Please take care of your belongings. We are not responsible for any loss. - Number of guests who may stay at our apartment must not exceed the number of actual beds existing in the apartment and as disclosed to you whilst booking. Only those persons named on the confirmation may stay in the property. Subletting is forbidden. - Guests are requested to ensure they handover the apartment in the same clean condition as it was received by them at the time of check-in - Damage to Property guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible. - Do not flush nappies, pads, plastic bags, tissue paper down the W.C.
