The four-seater dining table is placed for mealtime convenience. If you are in the mood to whip up a meal, there is a well-equipped kitchen in the apartment. It houses a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas hob, an RO water dispenser and all the essentials required to cook. The bedroom has been done up to give you a homely feel. It houses a fluffy bed, bed-side tables and a generously sized wardrobe for you to place your belongings in. A television is placed in the bedroom for you to watch your favourite shows before going to bed. You can access the balcony to take in the balmy Goan air. For us to do so, we seek your help and request you to please follow the house rules stated below. 1.Please do not invite visitors/extra guests to the apartment without permission.It will be considered equivalent to hosting a party which is strictly not allowed. 2.Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you must smoke, please smoke in the balconies. 3.Consumption of any kind of illegal drugs is not allowed. If you or your companions are found using any such substance, the relevant authorities will be informed and you will be asked to vacate immediately. 4.Please switch off all electric points before leaving the apartment. 5.Please keep our home secure and lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment. 6.The kitchen and all its appliances are at your disposal. Please use them conscientiously. 7.Please ensure the gas hob is switched off when not in use. 8.Please do not iron your clothes on the bed.Please make use of the ironing board that has been provided. 9.Pool timings are from 8am to 5pm. Wearing a swimming costume is mandatory for using the pool. 10.Please do not hang your wet clothes on the furniture.Use the racks provided for drying your clothes. 11.As this is a residential complex, please refrain from indulging in activities that might disturb the neighbours and other residents.Please do not create noise, especially after 10pm. Please feel at comfortable here but also respect our home. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We hope you have a wonderful stay. Additional Information Please cooperate with the staff and complete all check-in and check-out formalities. Please provide a valid ID at the time of check-in. A maximum of three people can stay at this property at a time. Please do not litter. Keep your surroundings clean and tidy. This is not a pet-friendly property. Please do not bring your pets along. Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here. Since the apartment is a part of a residential area, we request you to be mindful of the neighbours and refrain from playing loud music or indulging in activities that might disturb others.
