Cheerful 2-bedroom apartment, close to popular beaches

Shiva and family were amazing hosts. Very helpful and nice. The guesthouser rep Avinash can maybe work a little more on his people skills. He would call us to talk and then be on another call for hours before catering to us. But these are small things. This place is located at a peaceful location, surrounded by greenery. If you have a vehicle , it is better as it is 8 km away from the nearest beaches and Panjim bus stand as well. Value for money definitely. Lunch and dinner need to be taken care of by us. Breakfast the hosts would serve at an extra minimal cost. P.S. It would help if guesthouser share the location on Map via email and phone once the booking is done.

The property was too good exactly like the way it was described on the site. It was clean and everything was provided. When we were staying there the host asked us if they could get some work done and after allowing they did the same the next day also where in I had allowed only for one day how can you even ask someone who has paid for the rooms and while they are staying there on a vacation. Also I had booked the property for 3 nights so basically the room should have been cleaned atleast once but it wasnt, when asked got silly excuses which did not make sense. Overall Quality of property was awesome and service needs way more improvement.
