No extra guest as accommodation. No smoking and drinking in the house except for allotted spaces by the host. No late coming as late comers may face bit of a problem accessing public transport to come back to this place, so timeout is at 10 pm. No littering allowed. Any damages to property will incur a fine suitable by the host .
