This is a big private room with a big walk-in wardrobe, queen size bed, a table+chair and fast Wi-Fi.
The building was built in the 20's and has a warm, comfortable atmosphere to it. Dark wooden floor, vintage feel.
Guest Brief
There's a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. In the basement there's a washing machine and a dryer that cost only $1 each.
You can use the free space in the closets in the house and also send your mail to this address.
There is also a bike which you could use. (Not the pink one that's in the picture).
Aside from me, there is sometimes another guest in a third room in the house.
House Rules
There's no cleaning fee so in order to maintain a clean and comfortable environment make sure you:
*Wash your dishes after you use them
*Take out your trash (especially when you leave)
*If you have a cat, clean the litter box daily
*Make sure your room is not messy before you leave
You can cook everything except meat of any kind (chicken, beef, fish, seafood).
No smoking tobacco in the rooms (cannabis is OK)
Pets, unfortunately, are not allowed.
Extra Details
Even though there is free parking all around the block, sometimes (especially at nighttime) it might be difficult to find parking really close to the house - but you'll always find some parking around the block.
Local Experience
A quiet neighborhood of mostly families, with an elementary school at the top of the street and an all night 7-11 around the corner, as well as 2 supermarkets, a W.Union agency, a famous Korean BBQ restaurant, 2 korean massage spots, a 99c store and a dispensary. All literally around the corner.
