This B&B is our lakeside home where a warm kiwi welcome awaits our guests to Rotorua. Our bed and breakfast is located on beautiful Lake Rotorua providing extremely comfortable accommodation at the top of the lake very close by world renowned trout fishing spot the Ohau Channel. Serenity, birdlife and wonderful sunsets are features of this tranquil Rotorua lakeside place.
Accommodation consist well appointed guest rooms each with en suite, luxury bedding, glorious Rotorua lakeside views, tea/coffee making facilities plus all the usual comforts of home. These include access to complimentary WIFI, very comfortable fireside and lakeside seating, an extensive home library and a laundry service. You can also look forward on a warm summers evening to taking a rug and a glass of NZ wine and sit by the lakeside watching the lake change its amazing colours as the sun sets
Guest Brief
This Room is a character filled suite with a delightful double Brass Bed which we purchased whilst living in Singapore (David(Host) was at the time a soldier in NZ Army). It is a very comfortable bed with top quality bedding, linen and electric blanket. The room is bright and warm enjoying morning and afternoon sun. Immediately adjacent is an en suite of good size with shower, hand basin, toiletries, hairdryer and robes. Tea/coffee making facilities are also in the room.

Trout fishing is available virtually at your bed and breakfast doorstep. You can sneak away for that early morning fish before breakfast. Google Earth 15 Waana Street, Rotorua and you will see we are located very close to world renowned fishing spot Kayaking is another wonderful feature available .White Water Rafting,Feel like some excitement? The Grade 5 Kaituna River is but 5 minutes away. Volcanic Air Safaris They are conveniently located on the front lawn but by prior arrangement.
