it was an amazing stay with casa de royale..I had never seen such a great customer service given by the host Sagar..be it ambiance..location..food..service..amenities..the apartments were just mind blowing..the owner sagar was just amazing n very helpful in telling us the places to visit..we faced an issue in 1 room out of 5 wherein the AC did not work for a day..so as a great customer servicing he refunded us the money for 1 night along with that he did a great favor for one of my friends anniversary surprise with decorating the room..he did not even take any charges from us..he did gave us the complementary buffet breakfast daily for our complete stay.. it was such a lovely stay at Casa De Royale !! thank you so much sagar for all the favors n great customer servicing.. We arrived on 28th April but thieir was miss communication between GuestHouser and the host of the hotel about the room to allot us and amount to be paid then we checked in too room room was cleaned Ac was in good condition good space all in all service was nice and breakfast was complementary pool was nice location was good - Hitesh ( 1 Nights, Vagator, India )
