The property is a small eco-friendly mid-segment getaway cottages built on 8 acres of an abandoned stone quarry near Jaintanmal, in the outskirts of Belgaum. It is built out of salvaged waste materials and is today covered with lush greenery and is popular as a local getaway. Recommended for local getaways and corporate offsites.

The cottage is well equipped with fully furnished bedroom, attached bathroom with western style lavatories and running hot and cold water. The cottage have a nice view of the rock face of the quarry walls at the back. This gives a natural rustic feel to the cottage. The front of the cottages is covered with farms which are used to grow our own produce. One of these cottages also has a swimming pool by its side. The Cottage has a magnificent view of the farm, with open veranda, with a comfortable swing chair. Ambience is created with all modern facilities and conveniences. The room is provided with, Intercom , Refrigerator , Hot & Cold Water , Air Conditioner.
