This Place finds itself along the beautifully rugged mountains of the Western Ghats (One of the world’s eight biodiversity hotspots) of southern Karnataka. Climate here is very pleasant and cool and can be visited during any time of the year. Monsoons pour enough rain in this region making the hill station inviting. The snow white mist covering the mountain valleys during mornings and evenings adds to the irresistible beauty. our property is with modern amenities, situated 3500 feet above sea level in the Western Ghats, Karnataka, a hill station that was the summer retreat of the former Royals, is about 200 km from Bangalore Nestled in a scenic valley amidst the environs of Mother Nature on a Thirty acre Coffee plantation,our propertyu is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate in rural surroundings. Take a long walk in the coffee plantation or just kick back and enjoy the distance from urbanization.

Our property is a place where time stands still. 24 hours feel like 24 hours and not like a fraction gone by without realizing life around you. We provides a perfect home ambience and personal attention while still sufficiently spread out to offer every guest their own space without intrusion. The dining area is at a higher level, amidst the plantation. It provides a scenic and serene atmosphere for a relaxed sit-out irrespective of meal times. Coffee tree furnishings and the sound of wind blowing through trees add to the tranquil ambience. Our home cooked food, prepared to perfection will leave you with that warm fuzzy feeling of being pampered. We have 6 rooms in cottages while 1 room is seprate.
