With a gable roof that overhangs over the balcony space, the cottage houses a lovely room with a plush double bed and laminated wood flooring. Heavy drapes uncover a pretty balcony sit-out with a patterned wooden balustrade and cane chairs. You can sit here and gaze out at the verdurous surroundings for hours, over endless cups of freshly brewed tea! Head to the luxurious bathtub in the bathroom for a long relaxing bath to distress! A well-furnished partially open common dining space, with a thatch-and-bamboo ceiling makes mealtimes convenient. The outdoor pool on the property is an open invitation for some healthy rejuvenation under the open skies!
A stone paved path snakes uphill to the set of cottages. The view from a cottage' is stunning to say the least, looking down at the lake from small balconies and up at the trees, pepper and coffee bushes on the hill opposite. The rooms in the cottages are spacious, looking out at the balconies through sliding glass doors covered with light drapes, with plush beds spread with cream colored quilts and strewn with vividly colored plump cushions. The bathrooms are large and outfitted with a Jacuzzi and a glass covered cubicle.

The Place's multi cuisine restaurant is elegantly appointed with robust wood furniture, earth toned fabrics, wood panels on the walls andfloor, sturdy rafters supporting the roof and large stretches of glass windows on three sides with thick white cotton blinds - when open, look out at scenic views of the property.
The cuisine in the restaurant comprises an eclectic range of Indian dishes from different parts of the country. However it is the choice of dishes that bear the distinctive flavors of the different cultures of Kerala that are bound to delight a discerning palate.

You can engage in various activities, such as cycling and fishing..A rivulet courses through the crook of valley here, forming a small lake at one end. Spread over 3 acres, its depth varies from 5ft to about 25ft in places. Numerous spots for anglers are provided on the fringes of the lake stocked with endemic fish namely Cutla, Thilopia, Mushi, Carp and freshwater prawns. The chef at the place will gladly cook the days catch in the traditional Kerala style, else, guests could opt to set up a barbeque beside the river and enjoy a picnic lunch. Facilities for boating - both peddle and row boats are provided.
