Local Experience

Activities: Jungle Safari, River Trekking, Night Safari, Natural Trails, Bonfire, Musical Eve with folk dance, Horse Riding etc. Bamni Dadar It is also known as the sunset point in quite popular among tourists. Most tourists visit Bamni Dadar to get the wondorful view of the setting sun and this is also one of the beutiful area in the park, Animals that can be sighted around this point are typical of the mixed forest zone: sambar, barking deer, gaur and the four-horned antelope etc. Kanha Museum Kanha Museum inside the park is another interesting place to visit. The museum is the right place to understand the topography and other interesting aspects of the park. Shravan Tal This small earth bund tank in the central Kanha Meadows is mythologially linked to the death of legendary Shravan Kumar at the hand of king Dashratha. It is a very important water body in the area, which attracts a lot of wild animals.
