This is a new villa comprising of 3 floors. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, the first floor consists of 2 master bedrooms with a big hall and the second floor consists of 2 master bedrooms, a big hall and an attic.

The Villa is located in a very scenic location with tea gardens all around: AVT's estates on one side and Craigmore estates on the other. Enveloped by greenery, 100's of acres of open spaces and a stream flowing adjacent, this place is an absolute delight for nature lovers. The Villa itself is built using mud bricks made by hand on site, with mud sourced locally. Eco friendly, big and spacious, great views are the hallmark of this place.

All types of Food can be prepared. Please inform us a day before on your plans for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Coffee and Tea will be provided at all times.

Reaching our place is a very easy affair. Coonoor town is well connected by road and rail. The southern approach is via Coimbatore - Mettupalayam - Coonoor for tourists from Chennai, Cochin, etc., The northern approach is via Ooty - Coonoor for tourists from Bangalore, Mysore, Calicut etc., either way it is a memorable drive. Ample Car parking for up to 4 cars. TV in each room with satellite channel connection. Camp fire. Catering service in the lawn for groups upto 5o people.
