We at cottage are a group of Mountain lovers. Our love for Himalayas brought us to the pristine hills. We are passionate about the Himalayas and travelling and are backed with 14 years of experience in the service industry and travelling in hills. The team consists of professionals from various spheres of hospitality viz development of property and inhabitability, food and services, travelling companions and planners etc. You’ll feel that stay at miles away from home is as good as living in your dream homes. The rooms in cottage are very tastefully furnished; bedrooms having attached baths, along with a common living/dining area, a terrace opening up to the valley below, a fully operational kitchen, and a private sit out garden.

Nestled in the lap of the enchanting Kumaon Himalayas, it is undoubtedly a dream come true. Dotted with cute independent mountain cottages, hanging delicately across the steep slopes, situated just 5 km from the Ranikhet Golf Course, in the sleepy hamlet of Majkhali, is away from the usual hustle &bustle that we city-folks are forced to tune ourselves into. These are duplex cottages with one bedroom and a common living area on ground floor; one bedroom on first floor with balcony. The guest has access to his private bedroom and common living area. There is a common kitchenette also.

Guest Brief

Meals( both vegetarian and non vegetarian) are prepared for our guests in the kitchen itself by a dedicated chef/assistant and served in the dining area. If you feel the occasion calls for a celebration,arrangements can be made for an open-air Barbecue dinner. 24 hours Room service is also available. Daily Housekeeping. After a hearty Indian/Continental breakfast, our driver-cum-guide would be ready to take you sightseeing around the cantonment town of Ranikhet, just 15 minutes away. Visit the ancient Kalika temple, the mythical Jhula Devi temple, Chaubatia Orchids, the War Museum or just simply Tee your best shots at the world's highest Golf Course at Upat. If adventure is your passion, on your request, we would be happy to organize activities including rock-climbing, rappelling, valley crossing, mountain biking, jungle walks or village detours. As you reach back tired, a hot lunch, cooked with organically-grown fresh vegetables from our kitchen garden, awaits to entice your taste buds. Stomach satisfied, you can pick up a book and simply get into one of the hammocks to doze off.
