You can also indulge in quiet stargazing on nights when the sky is clear. We serve breakfast (chargeable) on the rooftop and can arrange a candle-lit dinner in the garden on request. Peacocks can be seen strolling around certain areas of the property as well. Your Space This Mediterranean-style farmhouse features an expansive lawn dotted with shrubbery. An inviting swimming pool sits adjacent to the garden where you can treat yourself to a refreshing swim during the day. The abode is designed with light-pink exteriors with stucco-coated walls and creepers that drape over the walls, further accentuating the serene vibe of this retreat. Arched entrances and windows highlight the authentic architecture. Inside, the living room is furnished with cushioned seats and a coffee table, so you can kick back and relax. You can relish delectable meals in the spacious dining area, where ample seating has been provided. Arched hallways feature inside the abode as well, which lends the space a rather regal charm. The air-conditioned bedrooms are furnished with comfy beds with side tables and flatscreen televisions. The washrooms are tiled and equipped with essential toiletries and modern sanitary ware. This applies to guests as well as visitors. Parties Parties are allowed here and are charged separately. Please inform me at the time of booking if you wish to host a party. In case you wish to throw a party, a maximum of twenty people can be invited to the property, while only nine people can spend the night. An additional charge is applicable per head for every visitor other than the first nine people. Please provide the exact number of guests who'll be staying and who'll be visiting when booking the property. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to carry and consume alcohol at the property. Kindly also note that the consumption of interstate liquor may not be allowed here. DJs are not allowed to perform at the property. Pool Rules The swimming pool and gym in the property are shared amenities that you are allowed access to. Please maintain hygiene in and around the pool area. Pool use is allowed only after the guest(s) signs a declaration. Pool Timings - 6 AM to 6 PM and Post 6 PM is dependant upon availability. Please take a shower before entering the pool and wear a proper swimming costume. Additional Information This is not a pet-friendly property. Smoking is allowed only in the balconies and gardens. Please do not litter. Keep your surroundings clean and tidy. Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here. You can avail the services of food ordering apps like Zomato, Swiggy, and Uber Eats at the property. Local diners and restaurants are in the vicinity of the property. There is no elevator in this property. Barbeque and bonfire (with prior notice of at least 24 hours before check-in) Barbeque facility is available on request and at an additional charge. We'll make all the necessary arrangements for you to cook a barbeque. A bonfire can be arranged on request and at an additional charge of INR 1000.00 for one round of about an hour and thirty minutes. Additional rounds can be arranged for INR 500.00 per round. Please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in if you'd like to avail these facilities. This will enable us to make the necessary arrangements in time.
