The holiday home sits a lush lawn that covers a majority of the property and has ample seating for you to sit and admire a beautiful sunset. Trimmed bushes and an array of trees enhance the charm of the outdoor area. A vast swimming pool with poolside loungers and parasol-covered seating sit on one end of the property. Feel free to jump in and enjoy a swim or soak in the sun. The abode is an amalgamation of contemporary design and state-of-the-art decor. It features a crimson-hued exterior coupled with sloping hip roofs, which together lend it a rather modish vibe. Inside, the walls feature a theme of yellow and white. Stylish paintings and framed photographs adorn the walls throughout this home. Each corner of this farmhouse is air-conditioned to ensure you are comfortable wherever you wish to spend time. The living room features a couple of velveteen sofas with a coffee table each. The dining area is marked by a six-seat dining table, so you can relish all your meals here. A sofa is placed here as well. This farmhouse boasts a modular kitchen, so you can treat your fellow travellers to delicious treats during your stay. A winder stairway leads to the first floor, where a second square-arm sofa set occupies the common area, thereby spoiling you for choice when you feel like relaxing indoors. The bedrooms are each designed with an accent wall, which lends them a distinct character. A fluffy double bed, a plush sofa with a coffee table, a wall-mounted mirror, and a writing desk occupy each room. The en suite washrooms follow a Mediterranean theme and are tiled and well-appointed with western sanitary ware. Each bedroom comes with an attached balcony that offers scintillating views of the garden area. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire property. Check-in and Check-out Please cooperate with the staff for all the formalities and provide valid identification at the time of check-in. A maximum of twelve people can stay at the property at a time. A security deposit of INR 5000 must be paid at least 24 hours prior to check-in. This amount is fully refundable provided there are no damages or if any extra services are availed at the property. Parties The consumption of alcohol is permitted here, but drinking by the pool is strictly prohibited. Guests do not require a liquor license to consume alcohol at the property. Please speak to us at the time of making the booking if you'd want to invite people over for a get-together party. There shall be additional charges of INR 750 per visitor, and the gathering should not exceed twenty-five people. The visitors are not allowed to spend the night at the property and must leave by 01:00 am. Functions and large gatherings are allowed here but the total gathering shall not exceed sixty people. We allow catering companies to provide their services at our property. We allow DJs to perform at the property at an additional charge. Guests are allowed to conduct a videophotoshoot at the property. Additional Information Smoking is allowed, but only in the balconies and garden area. Please do not litter. Keep your surroundings clean and tidy. Extra mattresses are available. You are free to use the pool but please exercise caution as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please maintain hygiene in and around the pool area. Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here. Food ordering apps like Zomato, Swiggy, and Uber Eats do not provide their services in this region. Local diners and restaurants are in the vicinity of our property. This holiday home has a ground and first floor. There is no elevator at the property. In case you are travelling with a driver, we will provide a sleeping arrangement at an additional charge. Additional guest charges at the rate of INR 1500.00 per guest applicable on December 24, 25, and 31. Barbeque facility is available on request and at additional charges.
