Situated on the outskirts of the city, the farmhouse comes with the services of a caretaker, housekeeping, a doctor on call, and ample parking space for those on a road trip. The property boasts well-manicured lawns dotted with blooming flora where you can hold a party or a hearty barbeque with some good music and treat your entire troop to a memorable time. Inside, the farmhouse is a haven of tranquillity and comfort. The living space is furnished with a plush leatherette sofa set and an elegant centre table, where you can lounge with your travel buddies. Pretty pendant lights and modern lamps brighten up the space and make it all the more inviting. If you wish to cook a homely meal, the kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, gas hob, utensils and crockery. A few steps from here lies an eight-seat dining table where you can relish delicious meals. The abode also features a recreational area with a pool table where you can engage in a few friendly games. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and houses a comfy double bed, a polished hardwood wardrobe for storage, a utility unit, and a flat-screen television for your entertainment. Tall glass-panelled windows give you a serene view of the surrounding scenery. The en suite bathrooms are tiled and fitted with western sanitary ware. You also have access to a small terrace, where you can end your day with a cold beverage. Guest access You will have access to the entire farmhouse and its expansive lawns. Neighbourhood overview This farmhouse is located in Sohna, about 25 km away from Gurugram. Getting around Gurgaon Railway Station is about 29 km from the farmhouse and Indira Gandhi International Airport is approximately 40 km away. Check-in and Check-out Please cooperate with the staff for all the formalities and provide a valid ID at the time of check-in. A security deposit of INR 2500 must be paid at least 24 hours prior to check-in. This amount is fully refundable provided there are no damages or if any extra services are availed at the property. A maximum of twelve people can stay at this property at a time. Parties Please speak to us at the time of making the booking if you'd want to invite people over for a get-togetherparty. There shall be additional charges per head per visitor. Please note that visitors are not allowed to spend the night at the property and must leave by 1:00 am. Please be mindful of the neighbours and refrain from indulging in activities that might disturb others. Smoking is allowed only in the balconies and garden area. Alcohol consumption is allowed. Additional Information This is not a pet-friendly property. Please do not bring your pets along. Please do not litter. Keep your surroundings clean and tidy. Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here. There are no local diners and restaurants in the vicinity of our property. This holiday home has a ground floor and a first floor, but no elevator.` Additional guest charges at the rate of INR 1500.00 per guest applicable on December 24, 25, and 31. Extra mattresses are available. Due to the extreme cold wave in Delhi NCR, we request you to please carry extra blankets along. Barbeque and Bonfire Barbeque and bonfire (with prior notice of at least 24 hours before check-in) Barbeque facility is available on request and at an additional charge. We'll make all the necessary arrangements for you to cook a barbeque. A bonfire can be arranged on request and at an additional charge of INR 1000.00 for one round of about an hour and thirty minutes. Additional rounds can be arranged for INR 500.00 per round. Please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in if you'd like to avail these facilities. This will enable us to make the necessary arrangements in time.
