This farm house is surrounded with rustic village atmosphere along with 1200 + trees. kolad is a small village located on Mumbai Goa Highway. A very popular destination with its scenic beauty, river and lake. Kolad is also an ideal place for Adventure lovers. White water rafting on Kundalika River is the most famous adventure sport here, Kayaking, Rappelling are other activities. One can also just relax and spend their weekend at farms located on Kundalika river and sutarwadi lake

We have a village style beautiful rooms. Each room is attached with an English toilet/bathroom. Rooms are non ac. Hot water for bathing is provided. The dining area also has a provision of lighting mashals which takes you straight to an adivasi village atmosphere. To keep yourself away from the city’s hustle and bustle we do not have a TV and cellular network except Tata Indicom and Docomo.
