Our property is our friendly family Guest House located in Bundi. It's a charming haveli heritage house near the lake, 5 mins walk from the palace. We have clean and neat rooms with a view of typical rajasthani balconies called jharokhas. Some rooms have a lake side view with window seat.Some rooms with outside balconies. We have some family rooms also. We provide home made food and have a roof top where you can relax and see the lake, the city and the palace. Bundi, one of the most picturesque towns of Rajasthan, sits on a narrow gorge in the hills and is encircled by a walled fortifications with four gateways. Bundi and Kota were onced a simple principality ruled by the Hada Chauhans, a warrior clan who ruled Ajmer and Delhi. After the defeat of the famous Prithviraj Chauhan by Sultan Mohammad Ghori in 1193, the Chauhan nobles found a Sanctuary in Mewar. They were welcomed and proved an able allies to the Rana. Yet some young soldiers overpowered the Meena and Bhil tribals of the Chambal valley and established the kingdom of Hadoti. Later two branches of the Hadas formed two separate states on niether side of the Chambal - Kota and Bundi. "Bundi" was named after Bunda- a Meena Chieftain. Bundi is famous for its intricate paintings and murals. The town is also known as the "city of step wells", as there are a number of step wells dating back to the 17th Century. The rulers who built these palaces must have had terrific egos, a great sense of style and humour.

The mushy mattresses and soft pillows make this place unique. There are double beds in the room. Each room has an attached bathroom. To boot, considering your comfort, the room has been stockpiled with wooden furniture. The wide window in the room allows the sun to peep inside to lighten it up in the morning.
