The whole loft space has three bedrooms on the first floor and several small private bedrooms on the top floor. You will have a bed in one of the bedrooms and free access to the living area, great kitchen and bathroom, as well as rooftops. You will enjoy staying here, as it's affordable, clean and safe place.
Guest Brief
Guests will have an access to the bedroom and common living room area, which includes kitchen area and lounge zone. To get into the place you need to use the key, which is located to left of the front door on Evergreen Ave. The coolest thing is that guests also have an access to the outdoor chill zone where you can hang out with your friends
House Rules
1) Take your shoes off when you are home;
2) Respect other guests and take care of cleanliness (wash the dishes, don't leave your items in the bathroom);
3) Hard drinking and smoking are totally prohibited;
4) Eating and drinking are allowed only in the kitchen area;
5) Don't use the bathroom for more than 12 min between 8am and 11am;
6) Take care of your belongings, the host is not responsible for your valuables;
7) Do not open the windows, change the heating settings without permission of the host;
8) Using towels is free;
9) When you check out leave the keys under the pillow of your bed ($50 charge for lost keys). When you check out please take a photo of the key that you left!!!! In this case I know that you did it.
10) Downloading copyrighted content from the Internet is prohibited ($50 penalty)
11) Guests who don't comply with the housing rules will be asked to leave the guesthouse without any refund.
