Our place is the restored & renovated stately British colonial home of Percy John Cochrane, MBE. Restored in stone, log & cast iron splendour, we are a boutique place that seeks guests looking for a warm and friendly ambiance, replete with fine wooden paneling, plaster work, antique furniture & beautiful objects of art. Cochrane Place is perched high up on a ridge and our rooms overlook the mighty Himalayan mountain range or lush tea gardens far below. Rooms are furnished with contemporary amenities & retain an old world charm.

Our rooms are more compact making them cozy and warm. They are simply furnished and affordably priced. Seeking inspiration from the Railways, each room has been named after the famous Railway sectors & Spices native to the Indian subcontinent.
