The location of the house near the river and just 5 minutes you can go on foot to Market Town where you see and understand the local people’s living. House has the ideal location for 10 minutes to the center of Hoian Ancient Town and 15 minutes to Cua Dai Beach by bike, especially, it takes 35 minutes to drive to Danang Airport or Train Station, therefore, you can easy visit Hoian Ancient Town.
