Well-furnished houseboat for those seeking homely comforts

The crew was great as was the food. Boat cleanliness was good too. However, I was very annoyed that the pictures on the web of the boat did not match the boat. I mentioned this to the operator when we got there and showed him the pic's that were on my reservation confirmation and he said, "oh, those are of the three bedroom boat and you got the one bedroom". I said I know I got the one bedroom, why do you use the three bedroom pictures for advertising this boat? No answer. Gee, maybe because they make it look better than it is. It matters to me because the upper deck of the boat I thought I had reserved showed a much larger space with some lounging areas and all we got were two deck chairs. This was not what was promised. Also, the dining area downstairs was in the forward part of the boat in the pictures where you could see a view. Instead we had a dining area in the middle of the boat with no view. Might sound picky to some, but the reason for the pictures is so someone can secure what they want based on what is important to them. I emailed GuestHouser support five days ago for a response regarding this, but no reply. If I booked an Airbnb and the pictures didn't match what I rented I would expect a responce and for them to force a change to the pictures that were being used to advertise the unit. I expect the same from Guesthouser but no change to the pictures on the site and no response yet. Time will tell if they are serious about customer service . . .
