My Villa is in one of the premium Golf places in Hyderabad. Very close to Hyderabad City and 15 mins from Shamshabad Airport. The Club House has a swimming pool, washer/dryer etc. The Villa is perfect for weekend get aways.

Guest Brief

It is a beautiful property with lush green garden and a very well furnished villa. It has host of amenities and you can feel very comfortable with calm surroundings and feel nature around you. The house has been neatly kept and you will not face any untidy surroundings.

House Rules

No rules as such, would like the guests to keep it a little quiet since the neighbourhood in general is a very quiet environment.

Local Experience

There are few suggested areas which you can visit in and around the property which may be of your interest. 1. KBR National Park - You can go out for an evening walk in a peaceful forest area. You might get to notice few peacocks (trust me they look beautiful) 2. Qutub Shahi Tombs - If you are a historian and love to explore monuments you can visit the nearby Qutub Shahi Tombs. 3. Film Nagar - If you would like to view movies do check out the Film Nagar where host of new Hollywood and Bollywood movies can be booked and there are lot of other entertainment features which we can discuss about once you come at the property. 4. Jublee Hills - If you want to shop in Hyderabad, Jublee Hills is the destination. It features lot of malls and upbeat brands where you can shop and hangout. I would suggest that a Taxi is the best way to get around. There is also a taxi service provided by the Banyan Tree Retreat community to take you around.
