Set amidst a lush tropical garden, the Gardenia Villa fuses traditional Thai décor with contemporary style. The Gardenia Villa’s extensive glass doors and windows capitalize on the ocean views of the coastline and outer islands.
The beautiful marble bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed, 42-inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The interior living space includes a dining table and a sitting area with two armchairs and a coffee table. There is also a kitchenette with a microwave and a stocked mini-bar refrigerator.
The large bathroom has a marble and glass shower-for-two with a massage spray and a separate overhead rain shower. The Gardenia Villa includes an adjoining guest room with a unique Jacuzzi tub and outdoor access to a tropical garden terrace with a soothing waterfall.

From Surat Thani to Koh Samui
Express Boat
An express ferry boat of Songserm Travel departs from Tha Thong Pier in Surat Thani at 8.00 a.m. and arrives at Na Thon Pier in Samui at 10.30 a.m. every day. For the return trip, the boat leaves Na Thon Pier at 2.00 p.m. and reaches Tha Thong at 4.30 p.m.
Express boats of Seatran Express operate three times a day between Ban Don and Ko Samui. Departure times are 7.00 a.m., 12.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. The trip takes two hours.
Ferry Boats of Seatran or Raja Ferry
Seatran Ferry, which can accommodate 60 cars and 400 passengers, operates several trips per day between Don Sak (Surat Thani) and Ko Samui, from 5.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. The trip takes about 1.30 hours.

The Nightlife in Chaweng
Chaweng has the most bars, discos, clubs and pubs in Koh Samui. This is where you should head if you are a “party animal”. Chaweng Beach Road is 6-7 km long, so it may be wise to consider a taxi if you are going from one end of the beach to the other.. Remember to always negotiate the price before you enter the taxi so you don’t end up in a minor scam situation.

Three examples stand out when it comes to non-central nightspots: The Bar Ice, on the northern road leading out to Bohput and high on the hill above the Bar Ice, Q Bar entices people to admire the views over Chaweng and enjoy its unique vibe.
THE ISLANDER: Chaweng Beach Road, close to the Soi Green Mango. Canadian owner Dennis Hodgkin son has successfully repeated the winning formula that he used in his Phuket “Islander”. A good restaurant serving enormous amounts of very good food. The “Daily Menu” is outstanding and incredibly good value for money.
