The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, and all the basic utensils required for you to relish a tasty home-cooked meal. Ample seating in the dining room ensure all your meals are comfortable. Your air-conditioned rooms are furnished with a fluffy double bed, two bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe. Large windows ensure sufficient sunlight filters through. The en suite washrooms are tiled and well-appointed with western sanitary ware and modern fixtures. The attached balcony is spacious for added convenience.

Goa being the most popular holiday destination, North Goa is the destination for all the party animals out there. Famous for its beach shacks and nightlife, North Goa has a no. of majestic beaches which are on everyone's itinerary. Sinquerim is one of the quietest beaches but has a handful of beach shacks that serve some toothsome continental food. Apart from this, Candolim beach is also very near to this villa. It is only 2 km from here, which is a 10 mins drive. Between Candolim and Sinquerim beach is an old fort called Aguada Fort, that is famous for its lighthouse and a rampart wall that overlooks the Sinquerim beach. A perfect place to just chill and hang around with your friends. Other beaches like Anjuna Beach being only 25 mins is only 13 km, similarly, Baga Beach is 7 km away which is 20 mins drive and Calangute beach that is 5 km only 15 mins. away. Anjuna Flee Market and Casino royale are best places to spend some leisure time. They are almost 14 km away.
