The first floor is very large and spreads over 1000 sq ft. This floor has 2 very large bedrooms and bathrooms, a sitting, dinning a sitout and a wraparound balcony facing the lawn. The unique part is that a large family or two families can enjoy this huge floor as one group, but at the same time two seperate groups can also use this floor without causing inconvienence to each other. Ideal for a large family.

Feel one with nature on this lush green paradise, enjoy the gentle breeze of the swaying coconut plams, listen to the cackle and bleat and chirp of the farmyard animals.

House Rules

You have to pay an extra 1000 bucks per person for food and it doesn't include tea time snacks, only breakfast, lunch and dinner.
