Family room in a beautiful heritage villa

This villa is a 100-year old Turkish-style villa, ensconced in luxuriant greenery including a thicket of luxuriant garden palms standing in the shade of tall coco palms. Frangipani trees and garden shrubbery create lush environs that promise nothing but serenity. The cobalt blue cottage, with white cemented window arches, presents a striking contrast with the greenery. Wooden pillars on the pebbled ground hold up a raftered ceiling over a long veranda, which offers a cool space to unwind with your companions. The room on offer can accommodate up to five people, ideal if you are travelling with family or a close group of friends. The room is furnished rather well, with a comfortable couch, French-style bergères, an antique mirrored wardrobe with tile inlays and an Aztec-printed rug on one side of the room. A plush double bed with dainty bedside lamps not only adds ambient lighting but also makes it convenient for you to read in bed; a writing table and chair adds to the convenience and a bombè occupies the far corner of the room, adding to the old-world charm of the décor. A wooden staircase lead up to an attic sleeping space, furnished with antique twin beds and wooden lamps for ambient lighting; a minty green accent wall adds creates a cool ambience. The room opens out into a small sit-out, with palm fronds swaying gently in the pleasant breeze! Head to the azure pool as the sun goes down, and work up your appetite for dinner with a swim! If you’re not a swimmer, relax on the deck loungers placed on the grassy decks, under the dappled shade of tall trees. If you have any accompanying children, they will delight in the little kiddy pool with a lovely fountain in the centre. You are served authentic Goan cuisine such as vindaloo, caldin, and xacuti here to tantalize your tastebuds. Breakfast is complimentary!

The comfortable poster double bed on the ground floor and twin beds on the first level, a sofa table with chairs and television with satellite connection make the duplex rooms cozy and give them a homey look.
