Stunning oriental-style room in a serene villa, close to Chapora Beach

When you step into the grounds of this property, you are instantly transported into the land of nirvana! With a giant stone statue of the tranquil Buddha in meditative mode sitting at the trunk of an old Banyan, aged stone pillars that seem to sprout out of the thick overgrowth of tropical greenery enclosing an old stone fountain, and a stone walkway winding its way in the midst of the two, this villa is an invitation to lose yourself in a serenity that cannot be replicated. A rich cover of tall trees adds a delightful green canopy that seems to shelter you from the din of the external world. On another side, a cow sculpture sits at a water feature on the base of another old tree, adding a rustic theme. The room on offer here is an ode to tradition and oriental flare. The arched entry door flaunts a beautiful carved frame, a large ornately carved frame displays a proud peacock, while an antique double bed with a cane headboard sits below it, promising restful sleep. A chaise lounge in royal blue, with carved frames adds a royal touch, while eccentric stone seaters in the shape of a bent hand add a unique charm. Wrought-iron bedside tables house dainty bedside lamps that not only add ambient lighting but also make it easier to read in bed. A Bonheur du Jour (ladies writing desk) accompanied by a well-upholstered bergère, and an ancient credenza, above which a flat-screen TV is mounted to keep you entertained. The bathroom is spacious, with the toiled section separated from the washing and shower area. A lovely carved wood cabinet with a marble counter forms the washbasin base, adding a nice vintage touch. Breakfast is complimentary here.

Decorated in a style that can be dated back to the early 20th century, this luxurious rooms provides all facilities and amenities that are best suited for a royal stay. The room had a large king sized bed against the backdrop of a picture of a gorgeous peacock with lovely plumes. The furnishings include a wardrobe, a dresser, sitting area and a study desk. The room conveniently has an attached bathroom with it. All necessary toiletries, bath linen etc are provided in the attached bathrooms.
