About the Role
We are seeking young, enthusiastic professionals with a mind for out-of-the-box solutions to join our top-notch sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Prospect potential new clients and turn them into long-term clients
  • Cold-calling within a specified market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers and build relationships with them
  • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that address clients'needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to bring about a positive conclusion
  • Use a variety of marketing styles to persuade or negotiate
Skills & Qualifications :
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any stream, preferably Arts
  • Flawless written & spoken English
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • A basic understanding of social media and its nuances
  • Ability to concretize ideas into words effectively
  • The desired skills are persuasion, prospecting, public speaking, writing, closing skills, motivation for sales, identification of customer needs and challenges
Desired Experience: 0-3 years
