We are looking to grow our team to take our product to the next level of becoming a one-stop guide to everyone's travel needs! So if you are a fellow traveller or someone with a drive to build India's hottest upstart companies, you will fit right into the GuestHouser team.
About the Role
From the largest aggregator of vacation homes and short-term rentals, GuestHouser is now venturing into the luxury property management space. We are looking to add autonomous, confident and goal oriented individuals to join this elite team, as we reach out to the next wave of holiday home owners across India. The role is primarily on field, and requires the ability to have face to face interactions with high net worth, luxury home owners. While not mandatory, a background in real estate, business development or public relations will be desirable.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Contract holiday homes across the targeted region
  • Build and maintain a a network of relationships in the area who can help discover new properties
  • Design and sell solutions to high net worth individuals
  • Set up meetings with the property owner or manager to discuss terms of the agreement
  • Travel within the city or nearby regions for client meetings
  • Convince hosts to list their properties on GuestHouser by explaining the added benefits of
  • using GuestHouser
  • Use a variety of marketing and negotiation styles to persuade hosts on the right contracting
  • Negotiate on the pricing and the commission
  • Understand the vision in order to convince high net worth individuals to allow GuestHouser to manage, maintain,
  • and market their homes
  • Employ a consultative approach to tailor solutions that provide value to luxury home owners through our entire
  • range of housekeeping and e-commerce services
  • Understand the demographics of the luxury property owners in Delhi NCR
Skills & Qualifications :
  • In-depth knowledge of the region and the local language(s)
  • Must thrive when autonomous, and be self-motivated
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, and an aptitude for sales
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle on-the-ground situations and partner relationships 
  • Strong ethics and sense of integrity
  • Knowledge of MS Office, and Google applications 
  • Prior experience in real estate brokering is a plus
  • Prior experience in business development roles is also a plus
