This property is a graceful colonial-style cottage in Jungaliagaon, a small village 7000 ft above sea level and 9 kms from Bhimtal. It is surrounded by three acres of estate, with wooden forests on one side and the valley on the other. A long garden leads to the cottage. The façade is pleasant, with beds of flowering blooms and a cement structure contrasted with wooden balustrades and window panes. The cottage overlooks the cloud-kissed mountain ranges in the distance, and a lovely porch sit-out with comfortable cane furniture is an ideal space for that hot cuppa. Sway slowly in the cane swing with your nose buried in a book. Inside, the living room has a warm inviting appeal, with cane and cushioned wood seaters providing ample seating, an Aztec-print floor rug that adds a nice design dimension, a fireplace to keep you toasty on those chilly winter nights, and an LCD TV so you can curl up and watch your favourite TV show. A small dinette makes meals convenient. The bedrooms are cosy and well furnished, with a comfy double bed, a couple of cane chairs, and a wood-panelled ceiling in each. A space with a wood-panelled vaulted ceiling, an antique writing desk and a chair, and a small collection of books is a reader’s delight!

The residential unit at consists of 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, balconies along with sit-outs that face the spectacular valley. An additional one-room unit made of local stone on one side of the property is an option for families that want seclusion and peace. The residences are on one side of the property and the rest of the estate is kept bare for organic farming and play areas. This kind of a holiday in Nainital wouldn't be an option as the guests would be scrambling for a wonderful place around to roam freely.
