The cottage is situated on the Ayarpatta hill and is just above Jim Corbett’s house which is now owned by the Dalmia family. The upper mall is along side. Close by is Sherwood College. Raj Bhawan is around 2 kilometers away. Aurobindo ashram is around one and a half km away. Three km away is Barapathar on the Nainital – Kaladungi road where rock climbing training facility is available. Around 6 km away is Kilbury which offers wonderful vistas of the Himalayan ranges.
