The place is very beautiful, secluded and quiet, at least a few kms away from the main road. The house is also very pretty. Our room was comfortably sized and reasonably clean, with clean sheets and towels. The electricity would go very often through the night, Sometimes disturbing, because although it is not as hot as the city, a fan is still necessary. There seems to be an inverter, but it is not hooked up to the rooms. The food was average. Nothing spectacular, sometimes bad and sometimes pretty decent. The host was generous with quantities. Now, the main issue – the host was rude right from the time we had been calling for directions. She seemed to resent having guests at her place. She didn't smile at us once that entire weekend, was monosyllabic when asked for information about the place, and even made a face in response to some information she had asked for. If we hadn't decided to be thick-skinned about it, she would have ruined our holiday. I would say avoid this place, because although it is pretty, you will get better hospitality at any of the other guesthouses in Kutta.
The house is located amidst coffee plantation and has a lovely view. The food provided by the host was really yummy and they were very friendly. There was problem with electricity. The host arranged to give backup during evening hours but after 10pm there was no backup facility.Overall the stay was good.
