The group is also involved in Tour and Travel services under the dynamic chairmanship of,%Mr. Mohd Amin Pala. After joining the business of houseboats (family business since 1840) in 1970 .

Houseboats truly represents a model craft in all the houseboats of Kashmir for its opulence, spaciousness and decorum. Its interior designing is based on traditional and classical patterns of famous woodcarving of Kashmir. Having well furnished spacious bed rooms with attached bathrooms, it has gracefully furnished drawing rooms
