Located near the Manali-Leh highway next to a little Ladakhi village known as Chuchot—pronounced as ‘chu-sh-ot’—8 km before the main town, this campsite is surrounded by farmlands and barren mountains. Pitched beside a lazy stream, this ridge-type tented accommodation has six units. Each is comfortably furnished with two single beds, warm comforters, and equipped with an attached modern bathroom. On chilly nights, gather your entire group and relax with chilled drinks around a crackling bonfire pit. When the weather gets warmer, brave your fears and challenge yourself to a dip in the stream!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, made by a resident Ladakhi cook, are provided to the guests in the dining area. The tariff include breakfast and dinner.
Guests are requested to provide valid identification at the time of check-in.
See the Shey Palac, Stakna Monastery and Thiksey Monastery from the campsite, take a bath in the pure, mystic waters of River Indus nearby, or just walk around the verdant plains.
